this setting is to enable SIP OPTIONS keepalives from Kamailio towards
SIP endpoints. It is nothing to configure in client side.

Thank Daniel,
It means that to SIP OPTIONS keepalives I just need to add #!define WITH_NATSIPPING in cfg file?

Thanks,
Nhan

Hello,

if you have the default config file, then adding #!define WITH_NATSIPPING is enabling this option.

Cheers,
Daniel
